Refund policy

We value the support and loyalty of our customers. We spend months carefully selecting a garment that fits well and is of the highest quality, but sometimes you order a size that is not the right size, or the size does not fit. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email Support@EllaThomson.shop.

 

If the garment you purchased has a severe print defect after washing, please email Support@EllaThomson.shop with a photo of the defect and we will exchange it for you.

 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanges or refunds must be made within 90 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in new, unwashed condition.

 

**DISCLAIMER** Eleanor Cooper is not responsible for mail/package theft. If a customer's order tracking number shows "delivered" but the customer returns home and does not receive the mail or leave it on their porch, it is the customer's responsibility to file a "Lost or Stolen Package" claim with the mail carrier they used (usually USPS or UPS). Once the claim investigation is complete, customers are asked to send the results to Support@EllaThomson.shop so we can resolve the lost or stolen order.
